While we can make general edits, detailed instructions yield better results, please share your vision, reference images, or examples to align with your expectations. We also provide professional advice based on our 10 years of experience and thousands of projects.
How do I submit my photos or videos for editing?
You can upload files using cloud storage services like Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer, then send the link along with your editing instructions via email or your preferred platform. Submit your photo or video here for a free trial.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept all standard file formats, including but not limited to JPEG, PNG, TIFF, RAW, MP4, MOV, and AVI. If you have a specific format not listed, feel free to reach out, and we can accommodate it.
How do we communicate?
We believe communication is essential, so we're available 24/7 - 365 to answer any queries or provide updates, including during public holidays in our country.

What is your Turnaround Time?
Our standard capacity is 1,000 photos in 8 hours. Turnaround time varies by project complexity; simple edits may take a few hours, while larger projects like full-length videos or photo albums may take longer. We can accommodate urgent tasks if needed—just let us know! Check our Brochure here.
What if I am not satisfied with your quality ?
We offer unlimited rounds of revisions to ensure you're satisfied with the final product. If further adjustments are needed beyond the included revisions, we’ll let you know in advance if there will be an additional charge.
Will you be able to deliver consistent results?
With over 200 designers and QC staff, we assign teams to projects. If you're satisfied with our work, we'll arrange a dedicated team for future batches to ensure consistent quality and turnaround times. Our QC team will also double-check everything before delivery. Do you have pricing for the services that I can look at?
Yes, our starting rates are $0.49 per photo and $20.65 per video. Prime clients receive an annual rebate of up to 12%. We also offer competitive pricing for large orders. Check out our pricing here.
